Forde Shopping Centre
Metro Constructions & Developments is currently constructing the $7m Forde Shopping Centre located in the new master planned suburb of Forde in Gungahlin. This double storey complex will house a community centre, supermarket and a variety of specialty shops catering for the needs of the Forde community. Additional commercial office space will be located on the first floor.
Inner South Childcare Centre
Work will commence shortly on the construction of a new 125 place childcare centre located in Canberra’s inner south. This centre will adopt the latest trends in childcare and education, built to comply with emerging trends in support and care within this growth industry.
Higgins Unit Complex
Work is planned to commence on this residential unit complex adjoining the Higgins shops within the next few months.

Forde Early Learning Centre
Constructed in 2010 this 90 place modern functional design sets new standards in childcare education.
Chateau Apartments
Completed in 2011 in Gungahlin, this building features four dual purpose ground floor units with four double storey plus loft apartments above and four studio plus loft apartments on two street frontages.
Anthony Rolfe Apartments
The Anthony Rolfe Apartments are located in Gungahlin Town Centre and were completed in 2008. With four dual purpose ground floor units and four double storey apartments above and studios at the rear.
