Company Profile
Metro Constructions and Developments is a multi-disciplined construction Company established in 2006 by its Managing Director, Alexander Anderson. Metro currently builds up to 200 homes per annum as well as smaller commercial projects.
The Company has two distinct divisions, "residential" and "commercial" each with a team of professional staff producing a quality product whilst maintaining cost effective solutions for their clients.
Whilst mainly focused on the construction of custom homes, Metro also offers house and land packages and undertakes various in-house residential projects.
Initially Metro established its niche in the residential property market of Canberra by offering a quality yet affordable product pitched squarely at the medium housing market. As the Company has grown and developed, client demand has seen the focus shift into the custom home market.
With the rapidly expanding northern suburbs of Canberra, Metro’s activities have been centered in the Gungahlin region, however are now expanding to the new central region of Molonglo in ACT and Googong in NSW.
